Course ONE

Khaas Aloo Tikki Chaat

Crisp, fluffy and golden tikki’s gently broken and layered with spiced chickpeas, cooling yoghurt, vibrant tamarind and mint chutneys, finished with red onions, chick pea flour noodles, coriander and a touch of chaat masala. A perfect harmony of warmth, crunch and indulgent sweetness—comforting, playful and irresistibly moreish.
